Wonderful kit! Best one I have stitched on by far. The colors are all vibrant and true! I found myself saying how cute it was often. cute…or what? lolThis product will be used for a gift. This is the third project from this company that I have purchased. Quality is consistent in each project. Instructions are complete, and the kit is well-organized (thread is separated by color and labeled, unlike some others.) Was delivered sooner than the expected date. I would definitely purchase again.good dealBaby giftQuarantined and wanted to do some thing productive. This is a very lightweight quilted material so I plan to sew flannel on the backside. The design is adorable. I wouldn't consider this as a beginners oroject. I did a lit of embroidery as a child so I've got this. I usually do counted cross stitch so this is to me much easier. I would reccomend buying a needle threader. The kit also only includes one needle. You may want to have a spare as its ready to miss place a needle!I started working on this five days ago and I have about 25% of it finished but again I'm an experienced crafter. For many this project will take months.The thread is good quality and bright colors. I'll probably sew a ruffle boarder on it. I'm enjoying this kit. So cute!!!Adorable. I have been working on this for about 3 months now and really love the entire kit. The 'stamped' patter is not rubbing off at all as I work through all the stitching. The floss is high quality and the colors are beautiful. I am so happy that all the floss is separated and banded with color coded numbers and names. (Many of the colors are very similar and it would be difficult if they were not pre-sorted.) The instructions and pattern/color guide is easy to follow. I am a newbie so I appreciated the visual diagrams on how to do the 3 stitches. The quilt itself is bright white, soft and good quality. I dont anticipate any issues washing this when I am done.This is my first time doing a cross-stitch project and I will say I did not realize how much time it takes. They did such a nice job making a pattern with various shades of the same colors, which are created by threading 2 + 1 of different colored floss. The results are gorgeous and well work the time. In addition to the cross-stitching, every element's outline needs to be entirely back stitched, which takes quite a long time.Highly recommend the Dimensions kit.Still in the process of working on it. I did love the idea of all the threads being separated. Saves allot of time to begin your quilt. The Knicks rub off very easy making it hard to follow some of the x's. Overall the quilt is great.This is a darling quilt. It is clearly printed on the fabric, and the guide is clear. The floss is labeled very well and is of good quality so far as I can tell. It doesn't snarl or knot up as badly as some other flosses I have used. I'm having a great time and have almost finished the giraffe and have plans to alter it a bit with some sayings around the edges to personalize it for my toddler granddaughter it is for.One alteration in instructions I would suggest is to not blindly follow the advice to outline everything in dark grey. For the animals, this is may make sense and my giraffe looks fine with a gray outline. However, for smaller items, such as the giraffe's bib and its bow, the wooden block, and so on, the outline IS almost the entire thing itself and in those cases, I chose to outline with the dominant color of the item itself. But this is, of course, according to the taste of the stitcher. Just my 2¢ on suggesting that you think how YOU want it before blindly following instructions.I have loved completing this project and it looks wonderful with bright cotton and secure stitching.Really great quality product, all the Dimensions range is absolutely fantastic!! I have ordered Dimensions products for a number of years and will continue to do so in the future. The simple to follow instructions and the quality of the blankets and threads from Dimensions are A****!!I bought this for my potential great grandchild who is not likely to be born for another 20 years. Plenty of time for my daughter’s best friend to complete this and two others!!Havnt done this one yet but did another one of these and loved making it. I made it as a gift and will be treasured forever :)I really like this kit. The yarn is all numbered and attached to cardboard which is so much nicer than having to separate and number myself. It is much better than other kits I have used.
