This is so chic & lightweight! Love it! Ordered one set then ordered another one right after so I didn’t have to wait for this to dry to change my bedding! Have 2 sets so would be great to remake fast. When I received it, it was just too short as I have a new higher bed with a cool gel mattress pad. I was so bummed! I have a really neat chic bedskirt & this would be great! I’m so glad I ordered 2 sets because I’m taking it to a tailor to get it cut to fit proper! Excited! Thank You Levtex!Upsize, for better coverage. Beautiful set!Before I begin my review, for reference, I purchased the king size set for my queen bed. The queen definitely would have been too small, but be aware that you’ll have king sized pillow shams. It’s cheap enough to buy two king sized pillows and keep them in the shams. Onto the review... I looked at so many comforter sets and quilts before I chose this. It was exactly what I envisioned for my all Amazon purchased bed upgrade. When it arrived I unfolded it on my kitchen table and steamed it, which took a few hours with breaks here and there. There are ALOT of little ruffles on this set and they’re all wrinkled down when you take it out of the package. There’s really no way to get around steaming this if you want it to look airy and feminine. On the upside, I found that folding it over on itself at the foot of the bed at night keeps the ruffles looking fresh so I haven’t had to steam it since the first day it arrived. There are many options on Amazon for ruffled bedskirts to match so just do a search. I couldn’t be happier with this beautiful set. It’s made well, quality workmanship, no holes or uneven seams, and it looks fabulous! PS - it’s not showing a verified purchase because I bought this months ago and for some reason the option to review wasn’t in my order summary anymore. I had to come to product page and leave review there.UPDATE 1/25/2020... Ive had this on my bed for a longtime now. I did switch it out for 2 months, but then put it back on because it’s just so darn cute. I’m no longer as OCD about the ruffles. As a matter of fact, I wash it in my large capacity washer once a month and then throw it back on the bed. Through all the washer and dryer cycles it’s remained perfect. I don’t know if anyone else feels like this, but I like a certain weight to my covers on my bed, and this falls into that category. It’s got enough weight that you feel it over you, but not enough that it’s weighing you down in bed. I even recently purchased a faux fur duvet on Amazon but still keep their quilt under it on my bed. It’s that good.This is the best quilt I have come across ever. I had purchased one before at TJ Maxx and after three years looking all over for the same quilt I finally found it on Amazon.Not a true king size. I typically buy king size quilts/comforters for my queen size bed. I like the extra width because they don't really make queen size anymore its all full/queen which barely covers the edges of the mattress. The quilt does cover my mattress completely on the sides to 3" above my bed skirt and is long enough but not the same dimensions as my other king size products. So be aware of that king size bed people.Other than that the quilt is gorgeous! It is heavy in weight, heavier than most quilts as it has extra layers of batting between the beautiful front with the ruffles and the quilted back. I threw it in my dryer on the steam setting for 20 minutes and then fluffed the ruffles once I had it on my bed. It would be nice to see what it would look like if I ironed or hand steamed the ruffles, but it would never, ever get done again so why bother?I actually stumbled across this bed spread when I was shopping in the city a few weeks back but that bedspread was the wrong color.So I was really excited when I saw this In white on amazon.Anyway, the bedspread arrived super quick just in time for me to place it on the bed for company.My house guests raved over the way the bedspread looked and felt.The material feels like soft cotton sheets... the ruffles are an added nuance that is both bold while understated.I have washed this bedspread and the shams twice and both times the bedspread returned to the bed looking just like it did on the day it arrivedSimply put... I 100% would recommend theseI just bought this in king size and I like it but it’s run smallI really like the style of this quilt, and it is so reasonably priced! We are using it in our guest bedroom. The quilt is a little bit thinner than I expected, but it is perfect for the warm months of Spring and Summer in California. For the cooler months, I’ve added an alternative down blanket underneath the quilt for warmth.
