Clasps at should seem chincy. Liner is bright red - really oddly so. I am not sure this is really a lic. Carhartt product. Screems *knockoff*Product is longer inseem than expected. 34" inseam usually fits me well. These seem too long.Good quality, fit well and keeps my husband warm in the winter.Gotta love Carhartts but sizing for me has been a fiasco... I'm 5'10" and average by any measure.Pair #1: I ordered according to my pants size as recommended but slightly larger waist based on other reviewers: WAY too tight to wear layers underneath and WAY too long; my snow boot heels would have destroyed the back leg bottoms in no time.Pair #2: I ordered one size larger waist size and one size shorter inseam: WAY too long, suspenders don't allow for enough adjustment to snug them up and even at maximum tightness adjustment the legs were too long. The larger waist size seemed a LOT looser that I'd expected, based on experience with Pair #1.Pair #3 I just now ordered but due to lack of available sizes and the fact that these are meant to go over other clothing, I ordered one size smaller waist and another 2" shorter inseam and have HIGH HOPES that Pair #3 will be the charm... now that spring is just around the corner!I hope my next review of these will be more promising!Bibs were as expected, fits well over work clothing and helps during colder weather. Carhartt products are worth the extra money. Would recommend for sure.I wear 38x34 pants. The first pair I ordered was based on my pant size. It was too big lengthwise. I returned them and ordered a second pair one size smaller on the length 32L. So far they seem OK. I’ve had Carhart before and it’s always been reliable and tough. We’ll see how these last and I will do an update in a few weeks. I wear mine when I cut wood and work outside when it’s cold and when I camp.Per other fit suggestions had to get 2 sizes up on waist and 2 down on inseam. Absolutely no way they would have fit even close going by Carhartt suggested normal pant size. They fit and wear good after washing to reduce stiffness. Lucky I had experience with Carhartt sizing by their jackets that I own.Warm and can move pretty freely in them, as for size I went one larger than I normally wear.My only issue is the buckle, it is very flimsy and pops apart easily.I cinched the shoulder bands up as much as possible and they are still too longI love the overalls. They're super warm, you can throw them on with your boots on because the waste goes all the way to the hips, and the pocket placement is great. The only warning I give to those purchasing these is they are a larger fit. I usually bough 34 in length for everything I wear and these overalls feel like 36 in length. I'll be ordering 32 the next time. Other than that, they're great. These are great, good quality, decent price. Definitely going to keep me warm at work through the winter, but just a tip for anyone planning on buying these. If your planning on wearing these over a thick sweater or layers for the winter then go up 2 waist sizes and drop your length by 2 sizes, these seem to fit really long in the legs.Product is as described. Two styles were available ..... choose the one with the zipper front pockets so a cell phone doesn't fall out as easily as it would with the other style....personal choice. Both styles are equal in durabiltiy.they would have been really nice if they had been the correct size. mostly my fault they didn't fit. very hard to guess what size a guy is supposed to order. but if you use their guide for sizing it works very wellI have for many years maintained a loyalty to Carhartt because of the strength and warmth it gives in outside work, Excellent product.
