I understand that it's not important to everyone that the material description be accurate on products but it's very important to me. The description states that the filling is 80% cotton and 20% percent rayon. The price was fine with me because of the linen, cotton and almost full cotton filling but turns out the filling is all polyester. I'm not sure if some law passed that products no longer have to accurately describe the material but I've been swindled a few times already here. I'm returning four items now because the material is not accurately stated. I read every line too because it IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME but it's impossible to escape the mix up if the description is just plain inaccurate(lying).I was looking for a quilt with natural fibers. The description does say the cover is part linen, part cotton. It also indicates the back is 100% cotton.It fails to say that the filling is 100% POLYESTER. I would not have purchased if I had known this. You can only find out by checking the tag on the actual product. I just received it today and am considering returning it.As far as "feel", it feels mostly like rough cotton. I can't tell/feel the difference between the cover or the back, either side feels the same to me.I bought this quilt on Amazon and I loved it, I thought it was a perfect blend of linen and Cotten. I just went to put it on my bed and brand new out of the bag there’s a tear. So I decide I’m going to exchange it, no big deal right? WRONG! I’m 5 days past the return date so I call customer service and ask if they could just exchange it for me. They said they are unable to exchange the product but I can rebuy it after the return, I decided to just check and the price magically jumped $53.00! So now I’m mad because I get a damaged item and then I have to pay another 53.00? Apparently it’s no longer available from Amazon just 3rd parties but I’m still not sure why I have to take the buck because of their damaged goods? Idk but for a company that prides it self on customer service they really can’t do much in the way of service.. as least I can return it, but now I’m out my quilt. And before anyone asks, I took it out of the package when it first arrived and placed it on the bed, but I must have missed the tear.. lesson learned..Love this quilt!Not early soft enough. Would rather pay more to get the one from Pottery Barn.Enjoy the wrong size. Got the king which said one size on the website, bag said another, and suprise suprise! The king rag was totally different, does not even fit my king ... measures 102× 92" .... queen anyone?
