Several of my ancestors are mentioned in this book, so of course, I find it interesting. But I've also been quilting myself for 20 years, and so found the historic background described in this book very interesting. It's not as grabbing as a fast-paced novel, but it certainly held my interest as an informational book. I'm glad I bought it.
