Really, I am a groupie when it comes to Katie. I own all of her books. Consider this review shamefully biased. Her guidance is gentle and inspiring. The organization is a step by step explanation of her process. And while she claims the process as her own she invites us to read it, try it and then make whatever modifications better suit our style and expertise. The photos are great in that they seem to want to be touched. But, the best is the inspiration that is experienced. Fiber artists or quilters, either contemporary or traditional, who want to venture into new adventures will not be disappointed.
